STAGE-BY-STAGE PROCESS

1. You contact us after identifying a property express interest. 

 

2. We arrange a telephone, teams or zoom e-meeting where we'll discuss your objectives and identify details.

 

3. We conduct further research on returns on investment, obtain pictures, and other relevant information. 

 

3. Once you confirm interest, we send you the terms of sale and an invoice for the finder's fee. Once you sign the terms of sale and confirm the payment, we'll arrange an additional meeting to divulge the remaining property details. 

 

4. Following this, we notify the selling agents of the buyer's identity via email and mark the property as Sold Subject To Contract. The purchase process then proceeds as we take a step back and allow you deal directly with the agent.
